You must be at least 18 and authorized to manage the properties you add — as the owner, a property manager, or an agent acting for the owner. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter and for keeping your login secure.

RentalHaus is free to use. Pro tools (such as AI room reimagine, file storage and priority distribution) are offered per property for a monthly fee shown at checkout, billed through Stripe and cancelable anytime. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You keep ownership of the listings, photos, videos and documents you add. You grant RentalHaus a license to host, display and distribute that content to operate the Service — including syndicating your listing to the sites you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws when you list, screen, lease and manage — including federal, state and local fair-housing, landlord-tenant, and disclosure requirements. RentalHaus provides tools, not legal advice, and is not a party to any lease or rental relationship between you and a tenant.

Screening is performed by a third-party consumer reporting agency and requires the applicant’s consent. If you make a decision based in whole or in part on a screening report, you are responsible for complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including any adverse-action notices, and with state and local screening laws. RentalHaus is not a consumer reporting agency.

The lease builder helps you assemble a lease based on the property's state from the terms you provide and collect electronic signatures. It is a convenience tool, not legal advice — review your lease and consult an attorney for your situation. You are responsible for the final terms of any lease you send or sign.

Rent collection and subscriptions are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe’s terms. For flow-through rent payments, funds are routed to the connected bank account you set up; RentalHaus does not hold your funds beyond normal processing. You are responsible for the tax and accounting treatment of amounts you collect.

Some features generate content with AI (listing descriptions, room reimagines). AI output may be inaccurate and is provided as a starting point for you to review and edit. AI-generated images are clearly labeled and, where your state requires it, disclosed accordingly. Do not present AI-reimagined images as the actual current condition of a property.

Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, post false or discriminatory listings, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, we may send account and marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent isn’t a condition of using the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentalHaus and Orbit Leads are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms, and we may update these Terms — continued use after an update means you accept it.
